Date and Time Module 2.1.7

I just updated the Date and Time Module for Joomla to 2.1.7 which hopefully fixes the problem with not being able to show only the date.

Also I added in a fix posted on the Joomla extension site that jonusc posted to remove another PHP notice.  Thanks jonusc!

I also extracted the changelog out of the code and made a page just for the module on my site which you can get to by clicking here.
