I have fixed a bug that was reported that affected the time zone offset parameter. When a postive value was entered for a time zone offset it would act as if it were a negative value.

You can download the Date and Time Module for Joomla 1.5 in the downloads section.

Note that this module requires Joomla 1.5. I will not be releasing any updates or anything new for Joomla 1.0 anymore. They will all be converted to Joomla 1.5 or later versions - slowly but surely.
